For the past 4 years my family has lived at Mason Park. It is very well located for shopping, movies, roadways, hospitals, etc. the staff is led by Shelly. They are very professional and Shelly knows how to run a community. The maintenance guys are always here when you need them. There is security on property and many amenities.

Great access to i-10 but still close enough to enjoy the safety of a reserved Katy community. We value our residents and community and take pride in providing a great place to live.

I can get a brand new apartment for what I’m paying, the counters, appliances, and cabinets are very out dated. If you’re even trying to get in touch with the office, it is IMPOSSIBLE!!

I toured the complex once by myself and I was so impressed that took my mother to view the apartments. The complex was so clean and well kept; they were immaculate!! Mrs.Terry, the manager, was so nice and welcoming. This is a perfect place for seniors like my mother. Apartment amenities include microwaves, covered patios/balconies, 9' ceilings that breathe plenty of space, fire sprinklers, and laundry connections and more.
